Hi All

Thanks for the assistance with the USB cable but it is now rather superfluous as I lent my Nuvi to a mate for a trip in the Cape (hired car). On their flight back their luggage was broken into and my Nuvi was just one of the nicked items. This poses two questions......

1. Where on this site do I find my serial number etc so I can get the unit blacklisted ?

2. I can get a replacement here from the Zim Garmin Dealer but they, for some strange reason, can't supply the map software. Strange - maybe they are "grey" products. Any ideas ?

Tony,

Go the "Login" button on the left top of this page, the login in under "Registered Users" with your e-mail as reference and your Software and unit will be displayed.

Get your Reg. number from the same page that show your registered CD products. (don't ask why CD, that is a long story.)

1) Quite correct as per Leon's answer, provided that you did register the unit....

2) You can order the DVD straight off this website and have it couriered to you.
