I took my unit in last Saturday, 27 Feb 2010, with an ETA of 3 days.  I was actually there the previous Saturday and it looked like they were closed - I only saw the small sign the second time about ringing the bell for Tech Support.   So wasted trip the first time LOL.

GDA only wanted the physical unit and they helped me wipe the data before sending it off.

So today I reckon I better phone them and see what's happening.  Just so happens they booked out my new unit last night.  I get the tracking number and the couriers don't recognise it so GDA sort it out...  got the unit around 9:20am this morning.  Brand new, sealed unit.  So now I sommer have spares.
